A Stainless Steel Slip on Flange is essentially a ring that is fitted over the pipe end, with the flange face extending far enough from the end of the pipe to allow for a weld bead on the inside diameter. Nickel Alloys SORF Flange is an acronym that stands for slip on raised face flange. The primary purpose of SORF Flanges is to be employed in the flow metering of pipe systems. It is utilised for all intensive applications and is identical to weld neck and slip-on flanges with additional machining. Reduced Slip On Flanges are less expensive to manufacture than weld neck flanges and are easier to align. In lower pressure applications, flange Ansi 150 Slip On is highly frequent. Most slip on style flanges have a hub that looks dimensionally similar to a raised face. If space is limited and the application allows for a slip on "ring style," it can be fitted without a hub. While the hub type is more prevalent, a ring style slip on without a hub still fits within the category of a slip on flange and can be described as such. For a better connection, slip ons in higher pressure classes are typically made with the height of a lap joint. If hub height is not an issue and a lap joint is not readily available, the buyer may choose for a slip on made to a lap joint style with a machined hub. Slip On Flange Rf is designed to concentrate greater pressure on a smaller gasket area, increasing the joint's pressure containment performance. ASME B16.5 defines diameter and height by pressure class and diameter. The pressure rating of the flange controls the height of the elevated face. Slip On Flange Pn16 OD is also welded on the flange's reverse side. If Type B or Type C stub ends are used, it can also be used as lap joint flanges. Slip On Raised Face Flange This type of slip on flange has a little section extruded from the bottom face of the slip on flange. The goal of this zone is to install a gasket and provide greater sealing performance. This area's job is to place a gasket seat to improve sealing performance during installation. Slip On Flat Face Flange is a simple and excellent alternative to a weld neck because it lacks a weld bevel and thus allows the pipe to be altered in length relative to the flange's position. The slip on's bore will have plenty of room for the matching pipe. This provides ample working area for the fabricator and welder to connect. Slip On Pipe Flanges are a popular form of pipe flange that accepts pipe into the bore/center of the flange for welding around both the pipe's Outer Diameter (OD) and the interior side of the connection. Slip On Plate Flanges are more common in lower pressure assemblies and are less popular when a higher stress service requires a superior connection to the piping assembly. This is because a slip on flange with a fillet weld connection will accommodate a pipe.

Blind flanges are sometimes known as blind discs or flanged pipe plugs. It is similar to a flange cover and does not have any holes in the centre to seal the pipe entrance. It possesses a number of favourable qualities that contribute significantly to its extensive use in the manufacture of parts and components across a wide range of industrial industries. Blind flanges serve the same purpose as pipe plugs and pipe caps. Because of the metal's spherical graphite structures, it is noted for its impact and fatigue resistance, elongation, and wear resistance. Stainless Steel Blind Flange is a detachable piece of equipment that is simple to repair or maintain. Because of its chromium concentration, it is particularly corrosion resistant.
Nickel Alloys Blind Flange is a solid steel component with no bore that is used to close off a line. It has high strength and ductility, making it ideal for machining and welding, and it is inexpensive. ASTM A105 Blind Flanges 4 Inch and 6 Inch are employed in pressure systems at low and high temperatures. Ductile Iron & ASTM A182 F304 Blrf Flange provides a well-formed termination point or rerouting of the media in question towards another component of the pipe assembly at the extremities of pipe connections.
It is low-maintenance, long-lasting, and stylish, as well as environmentally friendly and recyclable. A182 F11/ F12 Threaded Blind Flanges are of basic construction, need little machining as compared to other flanges, and weigh more than other alternatives due to the lack of a bore. It can be used in applications requiring high temperature servicing. On higher pressure applications, the SS F316/ F316L Tapped Blind Flange can also be supplied with high hubs. It is resistant to corrosion, particularly in chlorinated and chloride solutions.
It is ideal for applications where salt or other strong corrosives are present. The F321 Reducing Blind Flange has uses in temperatures up to roughly 900 °C. It combines excellent strength, scaling resistance, and phase stability with resistance to subsequent aqueous corrosion. 316 SS Ported/ Spider Blind Flange is utilised in a variety of products including food preparation equipment, pharmaceutical, textile, and chemical processing equipment.

Long Weld Neck Flanges, commonly abbreviated as LWN flanges, are specialized types of flanges designed for specific applications in the piping and pressure vessel industry. These flanges are characterized by an extended neck, also known as a hub, which is welded to the pipe. The extended neck provides several advantages, such as increased strength, better support, and improved stress distribution. The extended neck of Long Weld Neck Flanges serves as an integral part of the overall structure, enhancing the overall stability of the connection between pipes or vessels. This design feature is particularly beneficial in high-pressure and high-temperature applications, where the integrity of the joint is crucial. The elongated neck allows for a smooth and gradual transition from the flange to the pipe, minimizing stress concentrations and reducing the risk of failure. Long Weld Neck Flanges are commonly used in applications involving extreme conditions, such as in the oil and gas industry, chemical processing plants, and power generation facilities. Their design is well-suited for situations where the flange needs to withstand significant internal or external pressures. The extended neck also facilitates easy access to the joint for welding and inspection, making maintenance and repairs more efficient. Additionally, Long Weld Neck Flanges are preferred in situations where the flange needs to be welded directly to the pipe without the need for a separate welding neck. This design simplifies the welding process and eliminates the need for additional components, reducing both material and labor costs. The versatility of LWN flanges makes them suitable for a wide range of piping systems and applications.

Ring Type Joint (RTJ) flanges are a specialized type of flange designed for high-pressure and high-temperature applications in the oil and gas, petrochemical, and power industries. These flanges feature a raised ring or groove on their face, into which a metal ring gasket is placed. The RTJ design provides a robust and reliable sealing solution, making it suitable for critical environments where leak prevention is paramount. One key characteristic of RTJ flanges is the precision machining of the groove and the matching ring gasket. This design ensures a tight and effective seal under extreme conditions, including fluctuating temperatures and pressures. The use of metallic ring gaskets, often made of materials such as soft iron, stainless steel, or alloy steel, enhances the flange's resistance to corrosion and erosion, contributing to its durability. RTJ flanges come in various sizes, materials, and pressure ratings to meet the diverse requirements of different applications. Common materials include Nickel Alloys, stainless steel, and alloy steel, while pressure ratings can range from 150 to 2500 pounds, depending on the specific needs of the system. These flanges are typically manufactured in accordance with industry standards such as ASME B16.5 and ANSI/ASME B16.47. Due to their robust design, RTJ flanges are often employed in critical piping systems, including those found in offshore drilling operations and refineries. The RTJ design excels in applications where flange faces may experience high levels of stress or where frequent disassembly and reassembly are necessary. Additionally, RTJ flanges are well-suited for applications requiring compliance with standards such as API 6A and NACE MR0175, ensuring they meet stringent industry requirements. In summary, Ring Type Joint (RTJ) flanges stand out as a reliable choice for demanding applications, offering superior sealing capabilities, durability, and compatibility with various materials and standards. Their use in critical industries underscores their effectiveness in ensuring the integrity and safety of high-pressure piping systems in challenging operational environments.
